Hydrauic power unit for Hydraulic stackers
This hydraulic power unit is especially designed for Hydraulic stackers, small oil press and like products as well.
Our stacker hydraulic power unit are classified into manual types and electrical types. Manual types come with AC and DC power packs. The manual type stacker hydraulic power unit is designed with a handle to control the rising and lowering performance. While the electrical type hydrualic power pack is desinged with a two-way two-position solenoid check valve to control the lowering performance. Both manual and electrical type power units are manufactured with speed regulation function for their lowering performance.Hence, our stacker hydraulic power unit is applicable for various hydraulic stackers.
24v/12v motor, power 1.6kw-3.0kw; Load speed: 2500rpm
220v/380v motore, power 2.2kw, 2800rpm
Instructions:
1.Before installation, please make sure that there are no any impurities in the oil tank, oil pipe and joints.
The contamination degree of hydraulic oil should not exceed ISO 4406 18/14. The hydraulic oil should be filtered by a 10-30um filter before put into use. The oil viscostity should be 22-46 mm2/s in accordance with ISO3448 viscosity classification.
2. To achieve thermal equilibrium of the electric motor, we have to assure that the ratio between interval time and operation time of the hydraulic power unit is : 1: 9.
3. This small elevator hydraulic power unit is in line with Q/320203ABP01-2004 standard.
4. Have an oil change after first 100 working hours of the hyraulic power pack, and then every 300 working hours.
